How long does my order take to ship?

• Processing time varies throughout the year. Our normal processing time is 2-3 weeks, but can change due to order fluctuations. We ship via UPS ground which can take up to 1-5 business days. If you need a product by a certain time please reach out and we will try and accommodate your request.

Do you offer international shipping? 

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy? 

• Due to the nature of customized products we do not offer returns on those such products. If for some reason it is not what you had imagined please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

• Non customized products will be accepted and will be refunded once returned within 30 days of purchase.
